We are an independent Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) and Sustainability consultancy providing design and technical asset management services to the property industry and built environment.

RYAN LEVETT-LEE

Director/Founder
Chartered Engineer with over 17 years experience working for consultants and contractors and has previously held Director level positions at smaller and global consultancies. Experienced in a range of sectors and a solid track record of successful projects and client satisfaction. Ryan has experience providing MEP advisory to a global technology company who are at the forefront of AI development and data centre infrastructure.

Technical Director
Bob is a Chartered Engineer with significant experience in the building services industry. Bob has in excess of 40 years experience in building services engineering and was a partner at a reputable MEP practice for over 30 years. Bob's primary role at Level Consulting is technical delivery and quality management.

With experience supporting the delivery of AI data centres for a leading global technology company, we provide independent MEP consultancy services for data centres, server rooms and critical IT infrastructure. Our expertise includes technical due diligence, electrical capacity assessments, cooling systems, liquid cooling for high-density computing, feasibility studies and technical design reviews to support reliable and efficient operations.
